Sherry Casas, Founder
Retirement Training And Coaching Services, Inc. is a small, woman-owned business founded by Sherry Casas in 1998, following her retirement from the federal government. Sherry has spent most of her professional life working in the area of retirement planning and benefits administration. She had a twenty-two year career with the Social Security Administration where she held a variety of positions including operations, management, research and public affairs. During her tenure with SSA, Sherry conducted extensive training and outreach activities in both the public and private sectors. Shortly after her retirement, Sherry joined Graduate School USDA, teaching courses in their retirement curriculum for several years.
For the past thirteen years, Sherry has been designing and conducting Retirement Planning Seminars and workshops for federal civilian employees and has delivered training to thousands of CSRS and FERS employees all over the country. She is well versed in multiple training venues, from traditional classroom settings to satellite broadcasts. She has also been a featured speaker at conferences and conventions.
Sherry is a graduate of Old Dominion University and a resident of Williamsburg VA. She attended Coach University and is a certified facilitator of a retirement transition workshop entitled “Too Young to Retire.” Sherry is joined by a team of highly qualified instructors who bring decades of experience in the field of Human Resources and Benefits Administration.

Linda Hudnall had a 30 year career with the Social Security Administration where she served in numerous field office positions, acquiring an in-depth knowledge of all benefit programs administered by SSA. She also served as an Adjudicative Officer with the Office of Hearings & Appeals. She joined RTCS in September 2007 following her retirement from federal service. She is well-versed in both traditional classroom delivery and satellite broadcast delivery. Linda is a graduate of William & Mary College and a resident of Yorktown VA.
Cheri Kenyon had a 31 year career with the Department of Defense. For the last 17 years of her career, she served as Director of Civilian Personnel, U.S. Southern Command. She provided the full range of human resource advice on issues ranging from recruitment and position classification to strategic planning and workforce reshaping. Upon her retirement in 2010, she joined the instructional team of RTCS. She is a graduate of Graceland University and a resident of Miami FL.
Louise Olszewski joined RTCS in 2012 following a 25 year career with the Department of Defense. She spent most of her federal career with South Central Civilian Personnel Office and MDA where she was responsible for establishing a range of training opportunities for employees as well as actually conducting various training programs. She now serves as Manager and Registrar of RTCS’s open enrollment training conducted in Huntsville AL. She also wears another hat as instructor of the “Getting Started with FERS” class. She received an AAS in Business Management from Pueblo Community College and currently resides in Huntsville, AL.
Lynda White had a 25 year career with the federal government as a Human Resources Manager prior to her retirement in 2007. She began her federal career as a Civilian Personnel Benefits Manager with Department of the Army. In 1991, Lynda joined Federal Bureau of Prisons as Regional Employee Benefits Specialist and in 2003 she began a new venture with Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, establishing the Human Resource Customer Service Center. She joined RTCS in 2010. Lynda attended Middle Tennessee State University and currently resides in Atlanta, GA.
